The room was comfortable size but noisy because of the main street near and thin door. The breakfast was from good products but untasty, mayby they don't have a real cook. Location good for longer stay but the main atracction are one hour by feet (actually nice walk) away. Nice beach next to the hotel. We paid midle price, so

perfect for a short stay relax

The location was perfect at least for me, the window and balcony was facing the sea, and the beach was in 100 meters from the room. The hotel's bar and restaurant work late night so you do not need to go somewhere, the pool is clean and big one, the territory is equipped for relaxing mood.

It was loud outside in the evening, but at night time was quiet.

The towels were a bit smelly, the pool had sand inside but pretty good.

Perfect location for solo and family travelers. Very friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. The pool, the gym, the proximity to the beach and being walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The cleaning ladies came into the room a few times despite the fact the « do not disturb » sign was hanging outside. I addressed the problem to the manager who took care of it immediately.

Average stay, nothing impressive

Location is great, just near the Dassoudi beach. All amenities are very close, like supermarket, small mini markets, pharmacy, etc. Pizza Hut just next door in case you get hungry and want a fast bite :)

Housekeeping services: my bed linen was not changed during the whole stay (10 days). The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the mirror was "clear" upon arrival and then during "cleaning" visits remained with stains - so at least once it was swiped and then stayed as it is and no other housekeeper noticed the faulty job of her colleague...) The shower glass wall was not refreshed, so the stains from the water just kept increasing :) Hand towel had black spots - why to keep using it and to put in rooms for the guests?! Hygiene amenities like shower gel and soap are present, but in dispensers. So better bring your own cosmetics or you may buy them in the mini market just next to the hotel. There are no lifts or ramps, so get ready to carry your luggage till the hotel entrance and rooms by using stairs only - that's really uncomfortable and something definitely needs to be done about it! The staff is pleasant, but most of the employees are seemed to have lack of training. It was a bit annoying when most waiters were just hunting to take your used plates away :D like the hotel has lack of cutlery and dishes or smth...)) also you feel like in prison, when the guard is walking close by and "watching" you.. Of course the waiter needs to have an eye and take the unnecessary stuff from the table, but should not overly do it :)) the guest is annoyed by that.. The staff should not speak and even laugh between themselves when it comes to serving hours - pls do it on your breaks or "behind the scenes") and not in front of the hotel's guests. Most pleasant service was done by employees from India. Decent breakfast, very ordinary, average quality products. All in all, since it is Limassol and the prices are more high than in any other city, the hotel costs more than it actually worths.

The coffee at breakfast was not good.The gym was closed and we couldn't use it.
